With over 27 years experience in specializing in helical piers, foundation repairs and soil stabilization, we have a full range of restoration techniques for foundation repairs and waterproofing for both commercial and residential properties.

Over the years we have encountered a multitude of problems requiring both traditional and innovative approaches to satisfy immediate and future needs. This includes, but is not limited to, performing epoxy injections, urethane injections and cement grouting for many projects, such as elevator pits, foundation waterproofing and repairs, structural concrete and block wall repairs and foundation stabilization. With our extensive experience we are able to address both your unique and specific situation in a cost efficient manner with the utmost confidence.

In addition to waterproofing for foundation repair and soil stabilization, FSR, LLC is a certified helical pier installer and specialty contractor. Our Helical Pier division, which specifically handles all aspects of foundations, has been in operation since 1996. Installing helical products throughout the Tri State Area, we have worked with hundreds of engineers, architects and contractors on thousands of projects that have ranges from single-story homes to 9 story buildings, in both tension and compression. The product line we utilize boasts a complete range of inventory, for 1.5” square shaft anchors up to 11 5/8” diameter helical piers capable of supporting up to 400 kips.
